Bowling Green, Ky. - The latest closing information for Western Kentucky University is just a telephone call or a mouse click away.

WKU has started a new information line that will initially used to announce weather-related closings, delays or cancellations. The number, (270) 936-0000, can be updated anytime and will contain the latest information as it becomes available. Options that may be added later include news and campus event information.

The same information will also be posted on WKU’s homepage at www.wku.edu.

The University will still continue to provide closing information to the news media, especially local radio and television stations.
