Bowling Green, Ky. - Members of the Western Kentucky University community who want to help relief efforts for the victims of Hurricane Katrina are being asked to support the American Red Cross.

The Red Cross is accepting monetary donations at its Bowling Green office at 428 Center St. Donations can also be dropped off at the Student Activities Office in room 326 of the Downing University Center. Checks should be made to the American Red Cross with a notation that the donation is for Hurricane Katrina Relief.
