Veterans Day Ceremony
Scheduled Nov. 11 At WKU

Retired Army Col. Greg Lowe will be the guest speaker for a Veterans Day celebration Nov. 11 at Western Kentucky University.

Lowe, a 1968 Western graduate, is a former assistant professor of military science at WKU. His last active duty position was commander of the 2nd Region ROTC at Fort Knox.

The Veterans Day ceremony begins at 10 a.m. at the Guthrie Tower. The event is sponsored by Western's Department of Military Science and Leadership. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held in the Downing University Center Theater.
A reception will follow in the Diddle Arena Hall of Champions.
