WKU Hosting Two Former
Congressmen For Two-Day Visit

Bowling Green, Ky. - Two former congressmen will visit Western Kentucky University next week as part of the Congress to Campus program.
Western's Department of Political Science will host former U.S. Reps. Ronald Sarasin (R-Conn.) and David Skaggs (D-Colo.) Monday and Tuesday (April 5-6).
The Congress to Campus program promotes civic engagement and learning among college students.
During their visit, Sarasin and Skaggs will visit political science, communication and leadership studies classes and will have small group meetings with students. They'll also participate in a brown bag lunch presentation for the campus community at 12:15 p.m. Monday in Grise Hall, room 337.
At 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sarasin and Skaggs will participate in a forum on the relationship between communication and leadership. They will be joined by Leslie Sarasin, president and CEO of the American Frozen Food Institute. The forum is open to the public and will be held in the Ivan Wilson Fine Arts Center Recital Hall.
