Author Cynthia Enloe To Present Lecture March 2 At WKU February 24, 2004 Dr. Enloe, a research professor of government at Clark University in Worcester, Mass., studies the impact of militarism, state policies and politics on the lives of women, ethnicity and the military, and other topics. She is the author of more than a dozen books, including "Maneuvers: The International Politics of Militarizing Women's Lives" and "Bananas, Beaches and Bases: Making Feminist Sense of International Politics." Dr. Enloe will speak at 7:30 p.m. in the Mass Media and Technology Hall Auditorium. The lecture, sponsored by the Women's Studies Program, is free and open to the public.
