Alive Center Hosts Household
Goods Drive

Bowling Green, Ky. - The ALIVE Center (A Local Information and Volunteer Exchange) will be collecting non-food items for a Household Goods Drive now through Oct. 25.

National Make a Difference Day is Oct. 25, and the Center, located at 1818 31W ByPass, is asking Bowling Green/Warren County citizens to help recognize the day by donating any non-food items such as toilet paper, paper towels, light bulbs, cleaning supplies, towels, toiletries and diapers. All items will be distributed to human service organizations in the Bowling Green/Warren County area and to individuals and families in need.

The ALIVE Center is a part of Western Kentucky University's Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Program. The Center is a nonprofit agency, funded by a Department of Justice federal appropriation, secured by U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell.
