WKU Employees Participate In
Staff Leadership Institute

Bowling Green, Ky. - Twenty Western Kentucky University staff members graduated May 21 from the first Staff Leadership Institute.

The program, which began in September, was designed to enhance job performance and personal development skills.

The Staff Leadership Institute met once a month and covered such topics as personal leadership development, managing multiple projects, dealing with difficult people, communicating assertively, time management, teamwork and habits of successful people.

Members of the first class were the following:
