WKU Veterans Upward Bound
Offers Free Assistance

Bowling Green, Ky. - The Veterans Upward Bound offers free educational assistance to military veterans preparing to enter college, technical or vocational school.

The program provides refresher classes in English, reading and math as well as foreign languages, science and computer use. Other services include admissions application advising, career exploration and financial aid application advising.

All services are free to veterans who have a better than a dishonorable discharge and have at least 180 days of active service. Services are available to veterans living in the following counties: Adair, Allen, Barren, Butler, Daviess, Edmonson, Grayson, Green, Hancock, Hart, Henderson, Logan, McLean, Metcalfe, Monroe, Muhlenberg, Ohio, Simpson and Warren.
