Greek Week Activities
Scheduled April 6-13 At WKU

Bowling Green, Ky. - "Any day of the week, I'd rather be Greek!" is the theme for Greek Week activities April 6-13 at Western Kentucky University.
Spring Sing's "Hip Hop on the Hilltop" performances will kick off Greek Week at 7 p.m. Sunday (April 6) at Van Meter Auditorium. WKU fraternities and sororities are awarded points in several events with winners announced at 7 p.m. April 13 in the Downing University Center Theater.
Other Greek Week events include:
*An American Red Cross blood drive at the Preston Health and Activities Center. The event is scheduled for noon-6 p.m. April 7-8 and 9 a.m.-7 p.m. April 9. A blood drive also will be held this week (noon-6 p.m. Thursday) at the Preston Center.
*A banner contest at 8 a.m. April 7 at the Downing University Center.
*Greek Feud at 8:30 p.m. April 8 at the Grise Hall Auditorium.
*Prayer breakfast at 7 a.m. April 9 at Downing University Center, room 226.
*Faculty appreciation dinner at 4 p.m. April 9 at Mariah's restaurant.
*Events Day at 3:30 p.m. April 10 on the Downing University Center south lawn. Events will include a penny toss, egg toss, water relay and a Greek-athlon.
*Tug at 1 p.m. April 11 at the WKU Farm.
