Bowling Green, Ky. - The Veterans Upward Bound program at Western Kentucky University is accepting new students for spring 2003.

This program provides free high school level academic refresher classes to eligible veterans as well as providing free assistance with college or vocational/technical school admission application, financial aid application assistance, career exploration and much more.
