Bowling Green, Ky. - "Celebrating A Culture, Not A Color" is the theme of February's Black History Month activities at Western Kentucky University.

Black History Month events, which begin with a Soul Food Dinner on Feb. 3, include forums, panel and book discussions, lectures and a concert by rap group Nappy Roots. All activities are open to the public.
