Bowling Green, Ky. - The Veterans Upward Bound program at Western Kentucky University is taking applications from veterans who want to prepare to enter college or vocational/technical school.

With free high school level classes starting Aug. 25, veterans need to contact the Veterans Upward Bound office now so they do not miss the first day.
