Theater-Based Diversity Group To
Visit WKU Jan. 29

Bowling Green, Ky. - A Chicago-based theater group is bringing its innovative diversity training program to faculty and staff at Western Kentucky University next week.

Western's Cultural Diversity Advisory Committee is sponsoring two workshops Tuesday by SST Communications. The first session will be from 10 a.m. to noon at Garrett Conference Center auditorium. The second session will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Downing University Center, room 340.

The sessions are intended to promote discussion on student diversity in classrooms, with peers and in the university at large. Since 1987, SST Communications has developed and performed innovative training programs for government agencies, associations, corporations, colleges, universities and high schools.
