Groundbreaking Ceremony,
Regents Meeting Friday At WKU

Bowling Green, Ky. - A groundbreaking ceremony for Western Kentucky University's new Complex for Engineering and Biological Sciences begins at 8:15 a.m. Friday on the Thompson Complex Lawn. Keynote speaker will be Gov. Paul Patton.

Western's Board of Regents also will meet Friday for its quarterly session. The meeting begins at
9:30 a.m. at Wetherby Administration Building.
