WKU Music Professor Honored By ASCAP For 6th Straight Year

Bowling Green, Ky. - A Western Kentucky University music professor has been selected as an ASCAP award recipient for the sixth consecutive year.

Dr. Charles W. Smith received the ASCAPLU$ Standard Award from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers for the prestige value of his catalog of composition and for significant performances of his works.
