WKU Alumni Association Planning Events In Louisville

Bowling Green, Ky. - The Greater Louisville WKU Alumni Association is planning two events in Louisville.

The Western Kentucky University Day at the Races is scheduled for Saturday, May 26, at Churchill Downs. Tickets are $18 or $15 for WKU Alumni Association members. All proceeds benefit the Greater Louisville WKU Alumni Association Scholarship Fund.

Day at the Races begins at noon EDT. Post time is 12:40 p.m.

Western Kentucky University Night at Louisville Slugger Field is scheduled for Thursday, June 14.

WKU Night begins at 6 p.m. EDT with a family picnic. Game time is 7:15 p.m. WKU President Gary Ransdell will throw out the first pitch when the Louisville RiverBats play the Buffalo Bisons.
