Bowling Green, Ky. -- Stephan Lee Barnett Jr., a Western Kentucky University senior from Versailles, has received the Ogden Oratorical Award.

Barnett, son of Steve and Peggy Barnett, won the extemporaneous persuasive oratorical contest for Western juniors and seniors. The contest is sponsored by the Ogden Robinson Foundation. Barnett is majoring in broadcasting and communication.
