Elizabethtown, Ky. -- The official groundbreaking for the Central Regional Postsecondary Education Center in Elizabethtown has been set for 11 a.m. March 11.

The center, established by the Kentucky General Assembly in 1998, is a partnership between Elizabethtown Community College, Elizabethtown Technical College, Kentucky Virtual University, Western Kentucky University and the North Central Education Foundation.

The ceremony will be on the education center site on University Drive adjacent to the campuses of Elizabethtown Community College and Elizabethtown Technical College.
