WKU Interfraternity Council Receives Award

Bowling Green, Ky. -- Western Kentucky University's Interfraternity Council received the Fraternal Excellence Award at the Southeastern Interfraternity Conference in Atlanta.

The award, which was presented on Feb. 20, recognizes Interfraternity Councils that excel in the following areas: IFC management, chapter services, judicial processes, leadership development, legal concerns, philanthropy and community service, publications, public relations, recruitment, scholarship and academic achievement and social programming.

Western's IFC was one of 15 that received the Fraternal Excellence Award in the southeastern region.
