Don't Miss The Center's 30 Anniversary Party This Weekend

Don’t miss the anniversary event Saturday, July 2. The grand celebration will take place at 3:00 p.m. on South Lawn of WKU in Bowling Green and everyone is invited. There will be food, music by Jon Crosby and friends, inflatables, tethered balloon rides and lots of fun. Don’t worry if you have not made a reservation. There will be registration at each event of the day.
Earlier in the day, 10 a.m., there is an opportunity to have brunch at the National Corvette Museum. At 1:00 p.m. there is an optional visit to Aviation Heritage Park (AHP) on Three Springs Road where there will be AHP board members talking about the cool airplanes housed there. At 3:00 p.m. on campus, tours will be given of Schneider and Gary A. Ransdell Hall. Please come and join us.

After being diagnosed with prostate cancer, men who eat a diet high in vegetable fats, such as those in nuts and olive oil, may be less likely to have their disease spread, a new study suggests.
