Assist with Move-In

Looking for a great opportunity to leave a lasting first impression? Volunteer to assist during M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan move-in! If you would like to volunteer for one or both move-in days, register your group by completing the online registration form. Additional information will be sent to move-in volunteers the week prior to M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan to the email address you provide on the form. Move-in registration forms will be accepted through Monday, August 12, 2013.

Making the transition from home and high school to college can be incredibly challenging, especially for those student relocating to Bowling Green, KY. According to M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan 2010 statistics, students from 27 states and six countries participated in the program. As a program sponsor, you will:
- Have the opportunity to welcome the newest members of the WKU family to the Bowling Green community,
- Provide them with information about your services, programs, and location,
- Invest in the future success of thousands of new college students, and
- Support one of WKU's most influential programs and students' most memorable first
year college experiences.

- Exclusive sponsorship of M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan event (ex. Opening Concert, CloseUp Theatre Troupe, Comedian, Hypnotist/Magician, Big Red's Blitz)
*Flier should be no larger than 8.5"x11" in size and submitted for approval by July 31, 2013. Must provide 2,300 copies in order to be included. Copies must be delivered to Housing & Residence Life (18 Southwest Hall) by August 14, 2013.
