As Program Manager, Leslie Witty develops and manages career training and workforce development opportunities for both individuals and business/industry partners in the region and online. Responsible for training needs analysis for business/industry partners and internal clients, Witty also collaborates with content experts or develops/authors continuing and professional development content to meet both the classroom and online needs of business/industry and the community. Witty’s career in education spans nearly 25 years. Prior to being named Program Manager, Witty worked as a trainer for WKU’s Career and Workforce Development for 12 years and has worked as a high school teacher, coach and administrator in Warren County.
