The Kentucky Library and Museum Online -- Facilities Use Information

Several spaces within our beautiful Kentucky Building are available for your special event or meeting. The Kentucky Room; the Garden Gallery; the Orientation Room. On-campus groups and members of the Kentucky Library and Museum get significant discounts, but prices are reasonable.

The Kentucky Room holds 200 seated at tables and more seated theatre style or for a stand-up reception. Each price is for a three hour time period. $250 off-campus groups; $175 members; $75 on-campus groups.

The Garden Gallery has large windows which look onto the Kentucky Courtyard, and holds 40 seated at tables, more in theatre style and standing. $100 off-campus; $ 50 members; $25 on-campus.
(image) The Orientation Room is a classroom with projection equipment, TV, and a smart board. $75 off-campus; $50 members; $25 on-campus.

There are agreement and reservation forms which need to be filled out and signed, and your space is not reserved until a 50% deposit is received.
