Item/Collection Note: Numerous postcard publishers cashed in on the "Teddy Bear" craze. The Roosevelt Bears were created by children's author Seymour Eaton. The first set of sixteen cards reproduces the illustrations of V. Floyd Campbell used in Eaton's Teddy B and Teddy G, the Roosevelt Bears, Their Travels and Adventures (1906).
