This is the beginning and he needs help and I certainly have done everything as Chairman of the Appropriations Committee to be on that side. Yesterday the phone rang and I was advised that the President was on the line. He said that he just wanted to thank me for helping him and that he knew what was going on on the Hill and that what I was doing was of great assistance to him and he just wanted to call to say so.
