Campaign Brochures
Natcher saved money by using the same basic election materials for most of his campaigns. The printed generic campaign posters many times used no dates. His picture changed only a couple of times during his entire forty-one years of congressional service.

Item/Collection Note: "A 25-year old boy was selected as the Republican to run against me and I simply made up my mind that I would not spend any money on him. I accepted no campaign contributions and for the entire November election, I spent $15.12." [Journal vol. LIV, p.15,075, December 2, 1992]
