Regional Leadership Symposia

LeadershipLeadership

Leadership has as many definitions as those to whom the question is asked. These particular Leadership Symposia focus on leadership as a junction between Context, Others, and Self. Good leaders take time to understand their personal self, they take time to understand others, and always keep things in perspective by remembering the environment in which situations occur. With the interaction of these three elements in mind, the leadership symposia focus on the following subjects.

Communication Visioning
Managing Power Cultural Diversity
Gender Differences Multigenerational Teams

Each session is led by an experienced professional who will offer participants both theoretical explanations and practical advice. Along with the individual break-out sessions, each symposium features a plenary speaker who is able to share invaluable advice with participants of the leadership symposium.

Following each symposium is a luncheon that offers participants a chance to share their successes, solicit advice for challenges from colleagues, and enjoy the company of other regional leaders.
