2013 WKU Session of The LeaderShape Institute
This six-day, nationally recognized program focuses on developing an individual's goals and visions for a better future. The mission of LeaderShape states:
"To transform the world by increasing the number of people who lead with integrity™ and a healthy disregard for the impossible"
During these six days, students are immersed in intensive leadership training which is centered on a consideration for ethical values, developing meaningful relationships, and growing as an individual and as a leader. Western Kentucky University holds a campus LeaderShape each spring following the week of graduation.
