Mission: The Leadership Enhancement Council will enhance leadership development within Western Kentucky University and its constituents through information sharing and integrating collaborative efforts.
Vision: As a result of the Leadership Enhancement Council’s efforts, Western Kentucky University will be widely recognized as a premiere institution for developing successful leaders in a global society.
Leadership Enhancement Council Responsibilities:
- To inform their staff and students of leadership opportunities
- To collaborate with other council members
- To recruit current students for leadership activities and attract new students to WKU
- To refine leadership programming
- To develop an effective dissemination plan that assures visibility for the leadership activities and initiatives at WKU
- To identify leadership efforts in their areas and share with other council members
