Room Rentals
The Carroll Knicely Conference Center is here to serve your conference needs. All Meeting rooms include a screen. WKU groups (those that are billed through inter-accounting) will receive 40% discount on the regular room rate. Non-profit organizations (those with a tax-exempt number) will receive a 20% discount off the regular room rate. The Conference Center will not hold a room for any group longer than 48 hours without a confirmation. Deposits may be required for certain events. All rooms will be billed for a three(3)-hour minimum.

Audio Visual Accessories
If your event requires audio or visual equipment, we would be happy to provide it. Any groups wishing to bring their own A/V equipment will be charged 50% of the base equipment rental fee. Video conferencing services can be provided by our partners, the WKU Interactive Video Services Department.
