Elizabeth began her career at WKU in 1979. Over her 32 year career, she has held jobs in Admissions, Accounts and Fiscal Services, Administrative Accounting and as Business Coordinator for Information Technology. In 2007, after 28.5 years of service Elizabeth retired from the University. She worked temporary in Ogden College until she returned in 2008 to Information Technology as the Manager of Budgets and Resources. Elizabeth has worked in Information Technology a total of 10 years.
Elizabeth has successfully completed the WKU Staff Leadership Program and served on the Staff Council for 5 years with 4 of those years serving as Chairman. Elizabeth has served on several University Committees, including the University Budget Committee where she was the staff representative for 8 years.
In 2005, Elizabeth was awarded the University Staff Excellence Award in the Administrative Support Category. Later that year she was an IT Division Red Towel Award Winner.
