Auditorium Reservation

The Mass Media and Technology Hall auditorium features HD capability along with a variety of other classroom technologies. To reserve the MMTH Auditorium please send a request to martha.basham@wku.edu.  The auditorium can also be reserved using Astra.

Please review the Auditorium Use Policy before requesting a reservation.

Create / Reset My NetID Password

Use this link if you need to create your NetID password or reset it.  You will be required to provide some demographic information in order to create/reset your password.  As always, if you experience difficulties, please contact the IT Helpdesk at (270) 745-7000.

Lab Hours & Locations

WKU provides Student Technology Centers (general usage computer labs for all students) at six locations on the main campus.  There is also one Student Technology Center (STC) at each regional campus location, and another at  South Campus location.  Use the Lab Hours & Locations page to find out where these labs are and what time they are open.

Remote Assistance

While troubleshooting a problem you are encountering, an IT representative may wish to connect to your computer. The link above will direct you to the page that initiates a remote assistance session. You will need to enter your name, WKU ID number, and the code the IT representative provides to you.

Helpdesk Summer Hours
The IT Helpdesk summer hours (running May 14 thru August 12) are Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday noon to 8:00 p.m.
Front Desk Relocation
During construction on Mass Media and Technology Hall third floor (starting May 14), the Technical Support Services front desk serving ResNet and Desktop Support will be located outside of MMTH 314.
