IT Division Cases Opened Statistics

The IT Division utilizes an in-house case-tracking system allowing client requests to be escalated quickly and correctly around the division for the fastest service. Most often, these cases are started by contacting the IT Helpdesk via telephone (270-745-7000) or online request form. The table and chart below display the number of new cases opened, or created, in a given year by month. This system is mostly utilized for computer-related client-initiated cases and does not track requests for telephone, radio, or television issues or many projects around the division.
