Remote Assistance 3-Month Survey Statistics

The IT Division utilizes GoToAssist for remote assistance and encourages our clients to provide feedback afterward using a built-in survey. In addition to an open-response comment section, clients are asked to rate our service as Extremely Satisfied, Satisfied, No Comment, Dissatisfied, or Extremely Dissatisfied.
