Faculty and Staff Email Upgrade

Email Upgrade Process

On December 16, 2016, WKU IT will begin upgrading all Faculty and Staff email accounts in a two phase process. We will keep this page current with the most up-to-date information about the upgrade process. 

WKU IT will NEVER ask you to provide personal information during this process.  If you have any questions about emails you receive detailing the upgrade or about any emails that mention upgrading your email please contact the IT Helpdesk.
