Password Expiration on Mobile Devices
If you added your Exchange email account to your mobile device, you need to temporarily put the device in airplane mode to avoid an account lock out.
Steps for Updating Passwords on Mobile Devices
- Place all mobile devices into airplane mode. To the right are instructions for placing commonly used mobile devices into airplane mode.
- Reset your NetID password.
- Enter your new NetID password on your mobile devices.
- Remove all mobile devices from airplane mode.
