Transfer Information to WKU

Congratulations and Welcome to WKU!!! I

Once an international student is in U.S. with a valid F1- or J-1 status he or she may transfer to WKU after completing the following steps:

1. Secure admission to WKU
2. Click on the WKU Transfer In form  TRANSFER FORM , print it and complete the student section of the form
3. Send form with copy of your WKU Admit Letter to your current institution's International Student Advisor to complete his or her part and request the transfer of your SEVIS Record to WKU [NOL214F10733000] 
4. Return the form to the Office of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS). Once ISSS receives the completed transfer form and your SEVIS record is transferred to WKU, we will issue a new WKU I-20 form to you.
5. You may decide on the date you want your record transferred to WKU and for more help please contact ISSS to help you make the appropriate decision.
