Meeting Maker is Western Kentucky University's centrally managed scheduling and calendaring software. Meeting Maker lets you maintain a personal calendar while allowing you to coordinate and arrange meetings with other Meeting Maker users. Desktop clients are availble for both Microsoft Windows and Macintosh platforms. A convenient and easy-to-use web interface is also available, allowing you to access your schedule, via web browser, from nearly any location.

To find out how Meeting Maker can help you, feel free to read through the information provided on this site. Meeting Maker is only available to WKU faculty and staff. To request an account, click here.

We will soon be upgrading the Meeting Maker server to version 8.5.3. This version of Meeting Maker includes new features and a vastly improved user interface. This upgrade will require users to upgrade their desktop clients. Instructions for this can be found here and here. Web client users will not have to do anything, they will simply be presented with a new log in page. While all user data will be migrated from the old Meeting Maker to the new, it is still a good idea to backup your Meeting Maker data. Instructions for this are included in the upgrade guides for Windows and Macintosh.
