Welcome to the Residential Internet and Student Support department at Western Kentucky University. ResNet is a network and computer support service available to all Western Kentucky University students. Students living in the residence halls can log on to e-mail, check student records, search the WKU library database, take online courses, and search the Internet. All you need is a computer equipped with an Ethernet card and a Cat-5 or Cat-6 network cable. For futher information, please see our FAQ page.
In addition, the ResNet office, located on the third floor of Mass Media and Technology Hall, provides hardware support and software troubleshooting for all WKU students located on and off-campus. Virus and spyware removal, hardware diagnostic testing, operating system re-installations, game console registrations,and data backup are just a few of the services we provide.
