When will I have to pay for my books?

NOTE: The payment schedule is based on date of class registration. Bookstore purchases
added after your initial bill will be reflected on a subsequent bill and due at a later date.

How do I use my University Bill to pay for my books?
Bring a copy of your schedule so that you will be sure to get the correct books for your class. Once you have chosen the books and supplies you need, proceed to the cashier area. Choose a line that will accept University Bill as a form of payment. You MUST have a valid WKU Student ID to use your university bill.

Why does the transaction have to be $100.00 or more?
This is a restriction given to us by the administration to cut down on the number of transactions due to the amount of time and paperwork required to process a University Bill purchase.

How long will I be able to use my University Bill to pay for my books?
We are able to offer this service to you from Monday, August 4th through Friday, September 5th. This will allow you to purchase your textbooks early. You may also purchase textbooks any time in the first two weeks of class.
