Monday, December 8th through Friday, February 6th.

ALL WKU students can reserve their textbooks when they register for classes on TopNet.

You may choose your pickup location - Main Campus University Bookstore, Glasgow Campus, Elizabethtown Campus,
Fort Knox, Owensboro or the South Campus University Bookstore.

The Spring Semester pickup dates for locations are as follows:

Owensboro - Tuesday, January 20th - 9:00am - 3:00pm
Elizabethtown - Tuesday, January 20th - 9:00am - 2:00pm
Fort Knox - Wednesday, January 21st - 9:00am - 2:00pm
Main Bowling Green Campus - January 16th through January 30th
Glasgow Campus - from January 20th through January 30th
South Campus - from January 20th through January 30th

Owensboro, Fort Knox and Elizabethtown students may also choose to have book reservations
mailed to their home address, we will ship UPS-Insured for a fee of only $10.00.

The University Bookstore is YOUR store. All net revenues go back to fund student service operations including
the Downing University Center. We are the ONLY bookstore in town or on the web that can claim that.

• On December 16th, 2008 the University Bookstore will print your schedule.
  
• The textbooks required for your classes will be boxed and billed to your University Billing Statement.

What is the deadline for reserving textbooks for the fall semester?
The deadline is Sunday, December 14th. You can still visit the bookstore and purchase your textbooks with the University Bill option until Friday, February 6th.

I changed my class schedule since I reserved my books, will that be a problem?
If you change your schedule before Sunday, December 14th, this will not be an issue. If you change your schedule on Sunday, December 14th or afterwards, textbooks will be pulled for the original classes scheduled before Sunday, December 14th. The incorrect textbooks can easily be returned or exchanged for the correct ones. Your receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.

When will the reservations be ready for pick-up?
Your textbook reservation will be ready on Friday, January 16th. Textbook reservations at South Campus and Glasgow will be ready on Tuesday, January 20th. Please bring your WKU ID with you when you come to pick up your books.

What happens if I change my schedule after I pick up my books?
Bring in the book you need to return with your receipt, and we will make sure you get the book you need.

When is the best time to come pick up books?
The week before classes start is the best time to come in to avoid a long wait.

What will happen if I don't pick up my reservation?
Textbook reservation boxes must be picked up by Friday, January 30th. They will be reshelved and refunded Saturday, January 31st. You will be assessed a $20.00 restocking fee.

Why do I have to pay a restocking fee?
If you choose not to pick up your books, we then have to reshelve them and refund them.

I received a bill from WKU for the Fall/Spring semester, but it doesn’t list anything from the bookstore. Why?
We have not processed the textbook reservations yet. We will begin this process in the next couple of weeks.
You should be able to see the bookstore purchase amount on Topnet starting Friday, January 9th.
