How many computers can I install the software
on?
Only (1) one installation per license is allowed.
Can I purchase more than one license of a particular Microsoft
product?
No. Only (1) one may be purchased during the product version
lifetime.
Can WKU Alumni purchase Microsoft Student Select products?
No, only WKU Students, Faculty and Staff are eligible to purchase
these products.
Can I charge the products listed at the WKU Software Center
to my University Bill account?
No.
Can I purchase the Microsoft Student Select Products directly
from the University Bookstore?
No. In order to provide the best price possible, these products
must be purchased from the WKU Software
Center.
Does the bookstore still sell Microsoft products?
Yes. Academic box products will still be available for purchase
on a special order basis.
Keep in mind, these products will be more expensive than the
Student Select products.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy
with the products, or it doesn't work for me?
No. Once the purchase has been made, there are no refunds, no
exceptions.
Can I download this to my computer? Where
is the downloadable?
The installation media will be
shipped to the shipping address specified. There are no downloadables.
