Sunday, September 13th

Like waterfalls? Rock Island State Park is a great place to hike, swim, and relax. You will spend the morning and early afternoon exploring the iconic waterfall pools until your hands get pruny. 

Monday, September 14th
5:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Location: Low Hollow Trail, KY
  • Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Bowling Green has a mountain biking trail! Join us Monday evenings for some great trail action. Bring your own bike or rent one of ours for $5. You choose. Meet at the ORAC office at 4:45pm for load-up and we’ll head over to Weldon Peete Park at 5:00pm. 

Tuesday, September 15th
10:00am - 3:30pm
  • Location: Health Services Bldg. Room 1064
  • Time: 10:00am - 3:30pm

Free HIV Testing is offered monthly by WKU Health Education & Promotion. Testing is discreet, ANONYMOUS, and painless. It involves a quick mouth swab conducted by trained professionals and results are available in 20 minutes. It is a first come, first serve sign-up for a time slot in room 1064 of the Health Services Building.

Do not eat 20 minutes before your scheduled testing time.
Arrive 10 minutes early, or your time slot cannot be guaranteed.

*To earn WellU credit, you must fill out a preventative care slip provided by your tester and drop it in the WellU box located at the check-out desk before you leave.

Testing is provided through trained volunteers with WKU Health Education & Promotion, TopperWell Peer Health Educators, Barren River District Health Department and Matthew 25.

Thursday, September 17th

  • Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Grocery Bingo Program: Nutrition

Discover the healthy options around campus and key nutrition facts to stay healthy. Join us while we unmask the realities of fad diets and what is really in the foods you are putting in your body. Don't forget your questions for the registered dietitian who will be joining us as well.

Bring your student ID to recieve WellU credit!
