Built an independent radio service throughout Jordan, focusing on development and social issues (2008)
Create the AutoStrad Youth Radio Production Unit in Jordan as an independent voice, focusing on development and social issues and geared toward community development (2006 – 2007)
Built Yarmouk FM, the first community radio in Jordan to be located on a college campus (2006 – 2007)
UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS
Developed a new radio study plan for Jordanian university students that incorporated a community radio station into the college classroom (2006 – 2007)
Facilitated exchange among faculty to help sustain and supplement the radio station operations (2005 – 2007)
JOURNALISM AND MEDIA MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Conducted media management training for professionals (2001 – 2007)
Conducted basic and advanced radio journalism training for professionals (2001 – 2007)
Conducted newspaper journalism training for Egyptian media professionals with a strong emphasis on web-based journalism (2003)
Guided the creation of a Code of Conduct for Cambodian radio journalists (2002)
