WKU and Yarmouk - Initial Contact

August 2005

Prior to the new US State Department grant that funded the project that stated in January 2006, WKU hosted Dr. Mahmoud Shalabieh from Yarmouk University.

Shalabieh, a Communications Professor in Yarmouk's Journalism and Mass Communications department, spends three weeks on WKU’s campus working with WKU's School of Journalism and Broadcasting and the staff of WKU's Public Radio.
