Sarah has accepted a full-time position as the Billing Manager at Western Kentucky Heart and Lung. Sarah began working in the Insurance and Billings department at Health Services in January 2009. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, with a minor in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University in May 2010. Her job duties consist of calling on insurance claims, completing monthly reports, correcting insurance denials, EOB's, and anything else related to insurance and billing. Sarah is currently pursuing her Masters in Health Care Administration.
