There will be increased traffic and congestion Thursday, December 12th, and Friday, December 13th, on College Heights Blvd between State Street and Colonnade Drive from 8:00 a.m. to approximately 12:30 p.m. School buses will be dropping off and picking up passengers on College Heights Blvd for a Flora Templeton Stuart production at Van Meter. Uphill traffic on College Heights Blvd. will be detoured onto Colonnade Drive.
