Health Services celebrates accreditation

WKU Health Services hosted a reception on Jan. 29 to celebrate its recent accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Status as an accredited organization means WKU Health Services has met nationally recognized standards for the provision of quality health care set by AAAHC. More than 5,000 ambulatory health care organizations across the United States are accredited by AAAHC. WKU Health Services, located at 1681 Normal Drive, is a full service primary care center. Services available include primary care, mental health, women’s and men’s health, allergy shot administration, immunizations, travel clinic, physicals, drug screenings, lab services, X-ray and health education services.
