Get that beach bod ready for Panama! Learn how to work out properly and safely use the work-out machines to bring your sexy back! Zacharias hall residents will be attending a lower-body blast class at the Preston Center on Wednesday March 14th from 6-7PM. Zach may be at the bottom of the hill but we’re definitely top of the class!
