My Role in the Honors College

I assist the Coordinator of Scholar Recruitment with incoming freshmen and the application process.

Educational Background

As an Honors College student, I'm majoring in Political Science, working on a minor in Gerontology, and concentrating in Pre-Law. After I finish my undergraduate degree in 2012 and hope to attend law school afterwards.

Hobbies and Interests

I absolutely love football. I'm a Chicago Bears fan through and through. I also enjoy other sports, playing euchre and spending time with my friends.

What Brought Me to the HC

The Honors College was what drew me to WKU in general. The people here were welcoming and sincere, which was something that I hadn't experienced while visiting other schools. I decided I liked the idea of the academic challenge, and I haven't looked back since!

A Little About Myself

To me, crayons are "crans." The word "both" is pronounced "bolth," and I say "Chicago" with the most obvious of accents. I'm a Northern girl to my core, but I must admit I'm starting to develop a soft spot for the South. Moving from the shores of Lake Michigan to Bowling Green, Kentucky has been a major transition in my life, and exactly what I needed.
